Logging in to Bika99 is a quick and secure process. Here is a brief guide to help you access your account correctly every time.
Make sure you're on the correct website — bika99.run. Look for the padlock icon in your browser's address bar to confirm a secure connection (HTTPS). Do not log in via links received through unexpected SMS or emails — type the address directly into your browser's address bar.
Use the same Malaysian phone number you registered with when opening your Bika99 account. Enter your password – note that passwords are case-sensitive. If you are on your own personal device, you can tick the "Remember me" box for a more convenient login experience in future.
If you log in from a new or previously unrecognised device or location, Bika99's security system will send a 6-digit OTP to your registered Malaysian phone number. Enter the code to verify your identity. This is an additional security layer to protect your account from unauthorised access.
Once logged in, you can jump straight into your favourite games, check your balance and transaction history in MYR, claim active promotions, update your account details, or make a new deposit via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, or FPX.
Keeping your Bika99 account secure is a shared responsibility. Follow these tips to make sure your account and funds stay protected at all times.
Choose a password of at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers. Avoid using your date of birth, phone number, or anything easy to guess. Don't use the same password for your Bika99 account and other accounts such as email or social media.
Never share your Bika99 phone number or password with anyone — including friends, family, or anyone claiming to be Bika99 staff. The Bika99 support team will never ask for your password through any channel.
Log in to Bika99 using your mobile data or a secure home WiFi connection. Avoid logging in over free public WiFi at cafes, shopping malls, or other locations where others may be able to monitor network traffic.
When you are done playing, click the "Log Out" button in the account menu. This is especially important if you are on a shared device. Do not leave your Bika99 session open and unattended.
Regularly review your Bika99 login history and account transaction history. If you spot any activity you don't recognise — deposits you didn't make or logins from unfamiliar locations — contact Bika99 support immediately via live chat or email at support@bika99.run.
Every time you log in to Bika99, here's what awaits you as a valued member of this Malaysian online casino platform.
Every time you log in, you gain access to over 3,200 of the latest games on Bika99. These include the newest video slots from leading international providers, Live Baccarat tables with professional dealers, Dragon Tiger, roulette, virtual football league sports (EPL and Malaysia Super League), badminton, e-sports, and a wide range of progressive jackpot games where jackpots frequently exceed RM1 million.
From your Bika99 account dashboard after logging in, you can check your current balance in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), view your deposit and withdrawal history, request a withdrawal to your Malaysian bank account or preferred e-wallet, and update your account details. All transactions are processed in RM – no exchange rates, no hidden fees.
After logging in, check the Promotions page to see all active offers available to you. Daily Cashback of 5%–10% is credited automatically every morning. The Thursday Reload Bonus of 30% must be claimed before midnight on Thursday. The Weekly Slot Tournament automatically registers all active Bika99 members. The Monthly Lucky Draw with prizes of up to RM10,000 is also waiting for you.
From your account dashboard, you can view your current VIP tier — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond — and see how many more loyalty points you need to reach the next level. Every RM1 you wager at Bika99 counts as VIP points. Diamond members enjoy withdrawals within 15 minutes, the highest cashback rates, and a dedicated personal account manager.
Bika99 lets you save a personal favourites list so you never have to search for the same game again after logging in. Once logged in, click the star icon on any game to add it to your favourites. The list is saved to your account and can be accessed from any device after logging in.
After logging in, you can access Bika99's Responsible Gaming tools from your account settings. Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in MYR, loss limits, session time reminders, or activate a temporary cool-off period. All tools are free and can be activated instantly to keep your gaming experience in check and enjoyable.
Bika99 understands that Malaysian players want fast, hassle-free access to their accounts — especially when an EPL match or Liga Super Malaysia game is underway and you want to place a virtual sports bet before kick-off. That's why the Bika99 login process is built to be quick, simple, and no-fuss.
Logging in only requires two things — your Malaysian phone number and your password. No full name, no ID number, no lengthy security questions. Once you've entered both and clicked the login button, you'll be on the games page within seconds. For players using their own personal device, the "Remember me" option makes future logins even faster.
This ease of access doesn't come at the cost of security. Bika99 uses 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard adopted by major Malaysian banks like Maybank and CIMB — to ensure your login credentials cannot be intercepted in transit. Every password is stored in hashed form, which means even Bika99's internal staff cannot view your actual password.
When logging in from a new device or an unfamiliar location, Bika99's security system will automatically request OTP verification via SMS to your Malaysian phone number. This is an additional layer of protection that keeps your account secure even if someone knows your password – they still cannot log in without access to your phone number.
If you've forgotten your password, resetting it is straightforward. Click "Forgot password?" on the login form, enter your registered Malaysian phone number, and you'll receive an OTP to set a new password. The whole process takes under 3 minutes — no need to contact customer support.
Bika99's security team also continuously monitors login activity to detect any suspicious patterns — such as repeated login attempts from different locations within a short period of time. If such activity is detected, the account will be temporarily locked and the owner will be contacted via their registered phone number. This proactive protection keeps your account secure even without you realising it.
